It won't dilute the ROE cos you are not offering more shares to the market but just converting company stock to public. Total number of CIMB stock remains the same but company owned less now.

It is a good company to invest (strong EPS and ROE) for past year records.. But my worry is on CAR.

It is about the CAR concern as Bank Negara has warned they have almost hit the CAR ceiling. Google it if you are not sure about CAR.
