I think the oversold is done. EPF has only sold a mere 0.3% stake with 15.02% stake remaining. If EPF wanted to cash out, they would have sold a bigger stake than 0.3%. This rumour that EPF is selling because SKPETRO has no future is WAY OVERBLOWN..LOL

For info, bw Apr - 16Jun16, EPF acquired 30.394 mil and disposed 18.6 mil shares. In June till 16, disposed 13.5 mil shares and acquired 3.9 mil shares. MBSB RI is impending, EPF is now raise fund to subscribe.

ICULS = Irredeeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock. The name already mmean convertible to principal share.
