Frankly speaking, MIECO production capacities/output are much bigger than HEVEA. Due to their ex-loser management, causing this company under performance..
Trust on NAC, after his took over end of 2016, quarters were keep improving and growing..
I believe one day in coming 1-2 years, market cap of MIECO will be bigger than HEVEA...

export business taken 53% of their revenue and their export business are including MDF, Particle Board, Rubber wood materials, and furniture..they focus to expand its upstream (mdf/particle/materials) so the low scale sales of finished product (furniture) doesn't make any big effect of their future revenue..this is just my point of view...

for furniture sales, they were doing good in US market where goods shipped from their Klang factory..95% products from tis factory shipped to US and recent 1 year each month capacities were fully occupied due to good recovery of US economies..

they're not like mieco, evergreen, liihen, poh huat, all revenue generated by export sales..their rubberwood market is mainly local; maybe 40% for export..but furniture 90% sales from export..

majority of profits from property side..yes, correct! but don't forget this is just partial revenue from previous projects and the next few quarters will be more revenue too..their current project at sg long and semenyih are doing very good as well..you can ask those property agent at cheras and they will tell you the fact..hence, next year will be better than now..

heard from property agent that they had new housing project at sg long and all units been sold without making any launching.. fabulous! strongly believe their share price will be double up in 2016 as profit from property side will be taking into next coming quarters account..
