Newbie here,really one to know u pretty_life in real life,hows your lifestyle n your life environment,cannot imagine your real life attitude if basing on your way of comment here

Oh i see,that’s mean its real n related to this sharks or only coincidently,i never thought that the shark game play can reach until that level which till social media disturbance to cause havoc to retailer,new thing for me,as far as i thought that the trading is profesional

This ‘kacau my alliance’ and ‘lodge police report’ look like something,how sharks can do that?very2 important person or different of this share compare to other share until need to kacau trader life,shark action beside trading method/way,i just dont think the seriousness of the sharks trading way can reach that level. Because of this imagination/ assumption like this cause me doubt on u,or i’m mayb wrong cause i’m also newbie and never taught that shark trading can reach that level because of 1 share only,there is other share can focus rather than disturb people n then can got jailed/summon

Lesson learnt do not trust anybody in money related

Tomorrow should achieve VWAP ~0.38 to keep maintain 5 days VWAP of 0.385

Coincidentally today VWAP is almost identical to 8/2,so 5 days VWAP still intact at 0.385 as long as tomorrow gain back the price

If BIMB already decide the fixing date and the VWAP is not as per warrant shareholder target price,do the warrant shareholder have the right to reject the proposed SOA?in which part/meeting we as warrant shareholder can raise the objection/rejection?

Noted on current price will be based on 5 day VWAP upon fixing date,just curious with previous price also based on fixing date of 5 day VWAP and achieve rm0.26. Similar method of deciding price,except without lower limit of offer price. During that period,BIMB decide the fixing date together with the annoucement date 11/12/2019 and is warrant shareholder able to reject the rm0.26 offer price?

The cash consideration for the Proposed SOA has been fixed at RM0.26 per Warrant, being the five (5)-day VWAP of the Warrants up to and including 10 December 2019, being the last trading day prior to this Announcement (“Warrants Consideration”). Accordingly, the total Warrants Consideration to be paid to the Warrantholders amounts to approximately RM110.9 million based on 426,715,078 outstanding Warrants as at the LPD.
Nonetheless, the actual total Warrants Consideration will depend on the total number of outstanding Warrants as at the entitlement date to be determined later for the Proposed SOA (“Warrants Scheme Entitlement Date”).

Previous announcement in Bursa on 11/12/2019,the warrant fixing date based on 5 day VWAP including 10/12/2019 is rm0.26. During this period,any shareholder objected the VWAP price?

Yes same person,changed username,just familiarise with the setting,no issue will change back to earlier username

Auditor also not explain clearly the method of fixing date,is it based on SC approval date or will have other approval proposal for fixing date?seem nobody know the procedure

So,if SC approved the proposal,the fixing date need to set or the date will be as SC approval date?

High court approval on 4/2,submission to SC on 5/2,is it the fixing date automatically decide on the day SC approval?or need another step of fixing date approval?

Hold warrant will not get dividend 3.5sen per share by ex-date 22/10/2020

That free warrant can be sell immediately into market?thats mean additional profit on top of existing share?
