Hi PJseow, I guess you have miscalculated of PE.
Based on your calculation, forecasted yearly earning should be RM6.96 billion ( 63*32.5*0.8*4.25)
Thus, EPS should be RM2 (6.96/3.43) and current P/E should be 3.565. (7.13/2)
If assuming PE to be 20, then share price should be RM40. ( I know this is ridiculous because No one will goreng high to this point and market cap will be 137billion...largest in Malaysia market then..)
Many analyst look at the future which they assumed supply of glove will increase and ASP drop. To be conservative, RM7 surely is a good entry point for value investor, fruity dividend you will received :D.
Furthermore, HARTA is a cash rich and cash cow post-pandemic time. I hope they will utilise their money wisely.

Lawman....the cycle is like that.
First, every rush to come in when there is a chance to make money
Second, You are not able to compete to those long existence and well experience company. Although at this point you still making profit
Third, Demand start to drops, margin less or can't even the cost.
Forth, only well established company can stand firm in this cycle.
Fifth, New comers have to cease operation because making loss.
Sixth, supply and demand back to equilibrium.
Last, still the top 4 standing there
