2 Lagenda bosses appear in the top 30 largest shareholder list?

Calculation below EXCLUDES the latest share buyback.

Based on latest quarter report (dated 31 March 2021),
Weighted average number of ordinary shares = 212,882,000 shares
KLSE NOSH = 400,142,339 shares

If the latest quarter report is AS AT 31 MARCH 2021:
1. This means 60,000 ordinary shares from RCPS and 90,000 ordinary shares from private placement are considered in the quarter report, right?

2. Which means that the difference in share number between quarter report and NOSH on KLSE should be the 50,000 ordinary shares(from RCPS conversion in April), right?

How does the private placement issued ordinary share of 90,000 explain the difference?

Based on 2020 annual report, total issued RCPS = 3,168,054,651
On 31 March 2021, 300,000 RCPS converted into 60,000 ordinary share
On 14 April 2021, 250,000 RCPS converted into 50,000 ordinary shares

Remaining RCPS yet to be converted = 2,618,054,651 = 523,610,930 ordinary shares

Current NOSH = 400,000,000
NOSH + ordinary shares from remaining RCPS = 923,753,269

Can anyone confirm if above calculation is correct?

On this KLSE website:
NOSH = 400,000,000 outstanding shares

Based on latest quarter report (dated 31 March 2021),
Weighted average number of ordinary shares = 212,882,000 shares

Does anyone know why is the number of shares different?

Appreciate it if someone can give me a hand, cheers mate!
