Until now, cannot find one.... cannot or dont want? 2 months is a long time. If serious in clearing their name, they would have appointed one asap, not drag their feet for almost 2 months.

In Serba's case, they should open up their books. When I say open up their books, I mean let auditors audit their middle east accounts, we all know the accounts in middle east are not audited. And they should have an open town hall session, anyone and everyone can ask anything and it is broadcast live on youtube, nothing to hide.

But no, they choose to sue... and threaten to take all legal action to kick KPMG out of this country.

Anyone in the legal industry will tell you this is just a circus show. They have 4 more months to submit their annual report or get delisted, 1 month already passed and they have yet to appoint an independent auditor. If I am EY and I saw what is going on, I will not take up Serba's offer because if EY also come to the same conclusion, how? Sue?

4 months is not enough time to go to court, Serba knows this, so what is the point? Only BOD knows.

EMA50 broken already, minor downtrend. Also MACD down. Natural for sellers to sell now. Can go up or not? Nobody knows. But QR most probably negative again, like AA and Genting.

I am also confused, but GKent will build the factory, so that is the good thing, and only owns 40% of the glove business, which is not bad.

I think for now Glove is in a dilemma. Going forward profit will drop, asp will drop, but will they make money is anybody's guess.

One thing for sure, while building the factory + LRT3 + water meter business, this means it will continue to show good profit until 2022.

I guess it is kind of like going into palm oil business during the peak. can a new company make money venturing into palm oil? sure, but they are late. Big boys like IOI & PPB will always dominate. I dont like this new venture but will wait and see their progress... who knows, maybe they can make a small profit. as long as dont lose money then it is ok.

Serba is not even bidding for LSS4, how can Serba get a piece of LLS4? KPower is bidding for it. Karim already said in an interview what role each company plays. KPower in EPCC, RE, and etc. SCIB in subcon and etc. Serba in ICT, big EPCC, O&M and etc.
