thanks. I know how much is the listing fee as I can see them from the quarterly report - RM 2.2 Million, my point is the profit in Q4 was a result after deducting listing fee and since this is one-off expenses, we should exclude the listing fee when we analyse the company performance

I think another important point need to take note of is the administrative expenses in Q4, from my observation, this included one time listing expenses RM2 million ++, without this the profit should be more than RM3 million and give an EPS of 1.2 sen based on the total share of 236 million.
I might be wrong but this is what I observed as the admin expenses jump up significantly in Q4. fell free to discuss as I would like to know the answer as well

I am holding this share since IPO, in and out for few time, lowest cost i have got was 0.195, still holding now and top-up again today at 0.36/0.365, happy trading to all and let hope the price can go back to 0.40

Wondering why there is not as much interest on the warrants? Is like trading at little to no premium but the expired date still 5 yeras to go
