senheng listing only covers their retail segment. they separated their main properties business, bird nest, fish farming, IT businesses and etc from listing together. In other words, these "side" business rents the properties, sell their services to senheng. Definitely overvalued for me. unless of course if they listed everything they have. But in this case, just an open shell to pump money in senheng retail and support those directors side businesses.
