The issue price of shares from ancom lb at 10 cents to vendors to acquire s5 does not reflect what current market price should be. After issuance of new shares and vendors hit min threshold, then mgo need to be extended. The mgo price needs to be min 10 cents and above. Even if its 10 cents, traded share price in open market need not follow that. Its based on supply and demand. There will be people willing to pay above mgo price than vendors. Dont forget myeg paid 90 mil for 10% of s5.

The project has to be secured / guaranteed first behind the scenes , otherwise why RTO? Thing the process is maybe being delayed now due to mainly on project securement. Once this is 100% secured with no disturbance, nothing will stop RTO. As for goreng to take money here and there, if you look at owners of connect, these are small money for them.

For the rto to be official, definitely s5 will need to be guaranteed the project. I think this is a conditional rto based on that. To RTO, s5 will need to share transfer to obtain shares and icps from owners of connect. From reports, its quite clear who really owns connect. In RTO, willing buyer willing seller, shares can be transacted /exchanged. Not sure what are the rules but it may be vwap share price of the pb listed cpy cannot differ too much otherwise maybe some issues from sc? Can someone check on this? If true, then it makes sense price to drop. As far as I know, Connect and S5 are not happy this news leaked out for sure.

Big Big thanks to jb. Because of him, I have tried to make connection to Connect and have stupidly guess Presbhd to shoot up. Then I bought Presbhd. Today it shot up to 0.57 even before the big boys flush it down to 0.465 closing. As for Connect, I have bought it at 0.135 and will continue to hold it because so far all what jb has stated came true. Jb - You the man.

They have some backlog and recently awarded contracts that would keep them busy for 1 year at least. Of course if covid situation gets worse, it wont be good for all. Company is proposing 3.3 cents dividend. Other than that, the fundamentals are pretty solid and current price is still undervalued.
