i disagree with this rumours that seacera have a chance to get this job because of the below facts:

i) seacera is not a reputated and established construction company but it was only second tier tiles supplier.If WM such a big multi-billions,they will probably use the branded tiles.

ii) If we trace back all the multi-billions projects record, the government will only award to the establish construction company like IJM, MMC, sunway which having good relationship with goverment as well.Goverment don't want to take risk to explain in the parliament when attack by opposition parties.

iii) seacera don't have track record in dealing with projects more than 1 billions in malaysia.

iv)There are a big competitor like hazama, samsung which having a good chance
due to they have a track record constructing tall building more than 60 storey in malaysia like petronas twin tower.

v)recently seacera have private placement and it might to use this rumours to trap people for selling the shares. I want to ask you all, if you all the business man, you want to keep cash/ invest in second tier company?

vi)The 5 years consecutive account earning inconstant at all from 1.2m to 33.9m. If you are the tender committee chairman, possible or not to award them?
