What are your views on the partnerships?

I fear a huge threat to AA biz in mid-long run. SIA management is strong. At the minimum, their accounting reporting is not messy like AA. Very painful to read AA annual report

Payout good dividends people say not good; the firm is not investing $$ into the business etc.

When the firm makes losses due to excessive/poor "re-investments" into the firm, people say management lousy, etc.

Be contented. Altho AA accounting reporting is a huge disaster. But TF interest seems tb aligned with SH.

Very sad for AA. For having to deal with such incompetent airport operator management.

With many of y'all saying he has no integrity. I see otherwise. There's no need to talk about integrity in a corrupted environment.

This is a matter of survival and making the best decision for all stakeholders of AA - the BN political support, seems like an insurance for the worse case. Game theory and this move is a win win one.

Now with oil prices coming down in the months ahead, AA all the way.

P/S: I'm not advocating mgnt to behave with no integrity. Sadly, I feel people here are unable to see the bigger picture and judge him for this mistake. Like TF said - this blemish is something he'd regret forever. Speaks alot about it.
