Anyway say what you will, a wise man once told me if you're "playing" short-term/contra stocks, you're gambling. If you're buying stocks long term, you're investing.

So as far as I'm concerned, this stock has one of the lowest P/Es around for an established player. Lawsuit or not it's shown that the impact is not as bad as the sentiment it's creating atm. 6-8% dividends at current price beats EPF so not much reason to complain. If you have cash when price is lower keep accumulating lor. Cheers and happy investing.

@gaomin I realized there was a resistance point at 1.55 so I queued it for 2 days when it was >1.6 then suddenly realized it matched on that day. Gonna hold and keep till I get my dividends now then hold up till TP @ RM2 hopefully :)

Based on my analysis, it's a current secondary downtrend perhaps looking at budget coming out later today. If anything, I think it's a good buy at anywhere around 1.31 - 1.33 with average TP (from the other analysts) at 1.53 so that's 15% return on top of your 5-6% div.

Like hikeyila says, REITs are buy and hold strategy or FD strategy, you can't be trading it and looking for annual div yield at the same time.
