hard to imagine this company's quarterly results to be released in December not improving substantially from the corresponding quarter last year looking at its last 2 quarterly results.

if look at the attachment EPS is up from 0.57 to 3.12 but in the announcement it is shown as a drop of EPS from 57 to 3.12, think they mistakenly inflated the EPS of the corresponding quarter last year by 100 times lol and hence the major drop in EPS instead of increase in EPS.

I think its an error in the financial result EPS should be up from 0.57 to 3.12 but instead its reflected as a drop fro 37 to 3.12, guess that's why the drop.

share buy back is a common resolution in all AGM circular. It gives the company the power to do so if necessary but it doesn't mean that the power will be exercised.

It's main raw material is rubber wood and other rubber wood manufacturers evergrn and hevea already fly since the drop in rubber wood price. So hopefully this one next!

if check the announcements, the directors who bought shares around end of last year actually bought in at higher price, current price easily 20 - 30% discount. The institutional investors who came in were also issued with new shares at higher price. If patient enough just hang in there for a bit hopefully we all get rewarded soon!

aiyo share buy back mandate is quite common. Most companies have a resolution for share buy back in their AGM but whether they actually invoke it to buy back shares during the same financial year is another question.

the amount of dividend is insignificant if compared to the losses suffered due to decline in share price. My friend a newbee who invested in Bonia has quit stock investment thanks to Bonia.

maybe price being surpressed to allow big buyer to accumulate cheap before dividend ex date tomorrow.
