2022 only pay dividend? No investors lah?

No appreciation in share price & no dividend. Think the shareholders are BODOH. Now most of them have to tanggung paper loss & not dump your shares to cut loss. If not, the share price will fall kaw kaw!

In order to continue to have patronage from shareholders, any amount of dividend is good. Management listenlah...

If not, then take the company private & keep the profit to yourself & nobody will squeak!

Now that Eco World & EWINT make $$$, when will they pay dividends? A bit of salvation for the shareholders that have been holding your shares since $2 & also from IPO for EWINT.

No profit, no dividend - can accept. When there's profit, still no dividend. A bit hard to swallow....

Dayang effect that makes people nervous after KYY pushed it up 200% in such a short period of time. Perdana is just pure goreng since all its debt are currently serviced by Dayang, the father.

Oil prices will remain stable in the USD$60 range & might even go up since OPEC agrees to cut output to stabilize price.

Why does E&O WB keeps dropping? Any reason?

Time to exercise your proxy vote. Voted NO to resolution to reappoint 2 directors & Rozali's son. Voted NO to allocated renumeration - no performance, no payment deal. Also voted NO for the company to issue additional shares - dilution of shareholding's value. Only voted Yes for 2 non director's role.

MoneySifu has lost ALL credibility by keeping quiet for a few days & slowly selling all his positions while not sharing his findings. He touted GKent that led to people chasing after this fool's gold. Once bitten twice shy! Not trustworthy anymore....

Just a passing thought (might not be true), could VT start to pare down his holdings & move the funds abroad (i.e. bought the football team & properties in the UK & etc...) since the noose on 1MDB & etc are closing down soon. S'pore will make arrests as soon as the next few weeks. Don't want to get caught since we all know it's based on connections that's how he started his empire. ABUP movement is gaining momentum & the economy is turning south as we started the countdown to Brexit, Fed Rates & etc....

E&O announced the resignation of Eric Chan Kok Leong as its board member and deputy MD, citing "expiry of contract and family reason". Hooray! But,why effective Aug 11? So he can drag E&O down further???

0.37 is too cheap & only 12% premium is akin to putting the shareholders out to dry. We minority shareholders should band together & reject the deal at the next EGM. Minimum should ask for 0.40 or higher pricing!
