@jasonred79 so you mean share like Maybank Berhad with share price of RM 8 is now is overvalued??
Here the calculation using your formula. MB profit 8.4bil (2019)/11.2bil (NOSH) =RM0.74 .Mean the current is overvalued by more than 8 times??

Chiayee the company is still planting, currently it has only 882 hectares mature (harvestable) out of 4,090 hectares according to the latest annual report. and they are still expanding and they are aiming for 50,000 hectare long term. i foresee in 1 to 2 more years they will start making profit.
