If u have 1 lot perdana share, you are entitled to purchase 2 lot ICPS at 0.325 each lot (0.325 X2=0.650). Another option is when u get the OR (2 OR for each perdana share) and decided not to subscribe the ICPS, you can sell the OR at open market before the end of the OR trading day.

the conversion price of the RCPS at RM0.325 per RCPS and the conversion ratio at 1 new PPB Share for every 1 RCPS held. The conversion price of RM0.325 per RCPS represents a discount of RM0.135 or approximately 29.35% to the 5-day VWAMP of PPB Shares up to and including 21 November 2019, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.460 per PPB Share.



The conversion price per new PPB Share is an amount equivalent to the issue price of the RCPS multiplied by the conversion ratio, which shall be deemed settled by way of set-off and hence the RCPS holders are not required to make any additional cash payment for the conversion of the RCPS into new PPB Shares.

After listing, 1RCPS can be converted to 1 mother share without having to top up any cash.
