I never see Inari drop to 0.10 even was enter way back before Inari bought Amertron 2years ago. The lowest it went was 0.33 & it slowly went up to 0.40. The price stagnant there before the acquisition.

Fundamentally i believe inari is still strong but in bear market & the TA indicate bearish downtrend. We small lil fish will not move the price. Mostly it is usually selldown by instituitional funds. When they cut lost it will drop faster based on their large holding. Dont feel so sad. If u in green mode now try sell sm 1st eventhough ur profit has shrink so much. This is to lock in profit&at the same time to protect your capital. I might be wrong but we never knw what will happen next.

This is the 1st time it drop so much ever since i bought it. Just like a freefall. That why is important to protect our capital.

Market really turn bearish. As i mentioned earlier it is better to hold position&dont rush in buying right now. Those plan to buy pls calculate your own risk unless u plan to hold it for long term. We will have to see whether it hold at rm2.00 which i believe is the next support level. Given the right issue price at rm1.50, if it drop to rm1.80 it wont be much attractive. For those hardcore u can hold unto it as the directors has start buying it. For me i opt to play safe which i will always sell part of my holding to secure bk my capital&cash in some profit. The remaining is my total gain which i will keep as long as the fundamental is still strong.

Too bad to say I only hv 2-3years experience in stock market. Havn't experience any major correction before. But im a long long time of Inari supporter. Hv to say fear&greed is the most biggest obstacle of a person to succeed in the market. I believe 1 must always protect their capital 1st. I hv sold out almost 70% of my inari warrant since i enter it way back on 1st listing day. I exercise to secure back all my capital&lock in some profit. Given the outstanding demand of iphone 6 recently inari should be riding on a very high growth. So long term holders will not need yo worry. Is just too sad that the market sentiment is too volatile now.

From previous trend when insas up inari will down. People might shift fund from inari to insas. When they finish playing&earning from insas then they will start to move back into Insas. Not sure whether it will happen again this time. But anyway inari is still in an uptrend so nothing to worry. Just hope it dont go up too fast.

Unable to form 3white soldier today as profit taking. No worry Inari will always drop until a support level & then rebounce back. Just dont chase high will do. Alright let Inari take a rest for awhile. Hehe...

I wish it didnt go up so fast. I plan to top up but will have my fund coming in only by end of this month. So if there is correction it will be much better. Giving the bullish trend now & so many marketing&promotion on the stock it is hard to stop the movement. Let us see if the 3white soldiers will form today or not.

Sorry some amendment on my statement. The rm2 i mentioned earlier is on the indicative exercise price for warrant & not the opening price.The opening price will be adjusted accordingly based on the mother share.

Yup Rosetan Inari will send u the proposal & u hv to buy the bank draft,fill in the form & send back to them. Since im using a nominee account I have my broker done the part for me with some processing fee incur.

If u are inari shh u will be entitled 1right issue for every 8share u held. Let say u have 8000 units u will be entitled 1000right issue. Then to fully exercise ur right issue u have to pay RM1.50 x 1000units=RM1500(the original will differ slightly a bit ard 0.5-2% extra due to conversion&finance charges). After u exercise ur right, u will now have 9000units mother share+1000units free warrant(on basis 1 for 1). The mother share will then be adjusted accordingly to thereotical exprice ard 2.97 if not mistaken or at a different price based on closing price of mother shares 1 or 2day before conversion of right to mother. The warrant is tag along with an opening price of RM2 if not mistaken. The final proposal for right issue has yet to be finalised & the details will be announced later. For conversion method pls refer to ur remisier. Either the broker can do for u or u hv to do it by yourself.

Yes for those who exercise right will be entitled free warrant. Normally these right issue is put on trading at open market for a specified timeframe where u can buy or sell the right issue. For Inari shh u can opt to sell or exercise those right issue. Previous Inari right issue was traded at a high price when those shh was given an attractive offer for 2free warrants for 1right issue exercised.

Finally is right issue not bonus issue. I really hope is bonus issue but anyway am also happy with the right issue proposal. Got to redo my budget as im going to exercise the right issue.
