FGV is doing the right thing. They need to diversified the business and cannot depend solely on palm oil business because competitor like soyoil and sunflower oil are coming closer to compete with lower price. To sustain the palm oil business, fgv needs to start doing RnD on biotech to come out new palm oil with fat free and cholesterol free, much better if contain omega-3. Overall, good management still important to manage this 7 Billion company. Sime Darby also diversified its business and become successful. Keypoint to handle the business is, away from politics and self interest or conflict of interest.

FGV will definitely up, god willing. I have a strong gut feeling that this counter will bounce back, just a matter of time. It really meant for medium and long term investors at this point of price and momentum.

Daily monitoring on fgv stock tracking, I can assume that there is an activity of share adjustment or swap is happening and still in progress on private institutions and corporates. Price low not due to market sentiment but merely manipulated by the fund managers. This is the time for you to squeeze in to get cheap price. Once the activity has completed, the price will bounce back. Remember, public only hold 13.44% from this counter, majority belongs to government agencies. Do you think they like to see the price keep going down far from the IPO of 4.55? The counter will be more interesting when the new CEO coming in.

KWAP disposed 674600 on march 16&17 but buy back 500000 on same day march 17! What does this means? I like to see this counter up and grow based on its fundamental without any hidden agenda because this is a big company with total revenue of RM16 Billion for the year 2014!
