azfar8, I think he is not trying to TIPU. He heard about the meeting that schedule this month and Eden did hold a meeting but to finalize the audited account for FYE June 2022. Sarjen pendek may got the message correctly abt the meeting but presumed 1st qtr mtg. Eden mostly will hold the 1st quarter meeting in the 2nd month after each quarter closing.

I still holding the shares and not small volume. Something wrong somewhere and checking with various parties.
If they did not want to pay div still ok but what are this Wee group and major owner do? The private placement group are silent, as though did not any capital appreciation. Maybe condition of the P.Placement does not allow them to sell? Need to read about this private placement arrangement.

Brothers, -facts and figures:
1. Lot 8911 balance land size as at June 2021 is 81.99hectares and acquired size for KPC is 23.3064 hectares, leaving balance of 58.6880hectares.
2. Lot 8907 balance size at same period is 41.08hectares and acquired under this only 6.4087hectares and balance after acquired is 34.6713hectares.
all acquired size for KPC are as stated in Goverment Gazette as mentioned earlier.
Believed the acquisition price for Lot 8911 is much higher than for Lot 8907 due to unknown reason.

Land office might late in responding because they have to expedite finalizing land hearings that were schedule at several district of Pahang that also under ECRL project. My friends who are a valuer stated that they quite busy since August cause of land hearing at Bentong and Temerloh.

What been known that there are technical errors. The final land hearing was on 1st week of August, and form H already received and returned to Land Office . Now just wait for payment. I don't think they like to delay it since it matter of HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY ........... Now they will chase for payment from MRL Sdn Bhd . Once received it they will make necessary announcement same as per the 1st land acquisition announcement made on 4th Mar 2020.
therefore we just wait for their announcement. Just pray that the share price will FLY HIGH.......... TAK KAN LARI GUNUNG YANG DIKEJAR.....

Ttree, based on said report, the impact from land acquisition, Eden expected to gain RM45.48M which indirectly improve the EPS from (-4.29sen) to 7.00sen and NTA/N asset from 0.68sen to 0.82sen. In computing the target price I will use TNB as a base as it is fall under same group (electricity/energy). TNB is about 14 -16times of EPS . so for Eden, discounted at 50% of TNB, that will worked out to:
RM0.07sen X 14X 50% = 0.49sen OR 50% of Eden's NTA/NA = (0.82 X 50%)=0.42sen.
Thus, the TP is estimate around RM0.42sen to RM50 sen, thus your TP of 0.50sen is deemed reasonable to me.

Eden will be making the 4th qtr results announcement after 5pm. In the last three quarters, they announced made profit after tax YTD was RM2.87M, thus they should making the FYE 2022, at least Profit after tax for RM3.0M to RM4.5M. This is mainly due to all the sectors under Eden particularly Energy , Tourism and Catering are in full operations as compared to previous years which are affected by Covid 19 business restriction.

Mrupai, based on circular to shareholders dated 22 Mar 2001, ZIl injected the Gebeng land of 540.67acres to Eden. The balance land size after this acquisition is about 360 acres @ RM15per psf.

Take example on CNERGENZ, they make announcement on 2rd qtr with good profit on 17th August , the share price goes up on 18th and keep continue, unfortunate it is Friday , people took profit , otherwise it still continue. It is the same expected from Eden when they announce it

Lands belong to Eden and it holding Co, ZESB with size of 29.1hectare(Eden) and ZESB (14.7hectare) which equivalent to 109acres is being be acquired for " Tapak Stesen Kuantan Port City (KPC) for ECRL project as stated in Warta Kerajaan Neg Pahang No 1178, dated 26th May 2022. Believed they had finalised the quantum amount of compensation which abt RM120 M and expected the payment by early September 2022. you need to buy the warta from Percetakan Negara to know the detail on lands.
