EPS is only 0.59cent, or RM0.0059, not even 1 cent, base on Q1/2013 report.
Net asset per share is RM0.094, but it didn't stated it is tangible asset or total asset.
Some companies valued their intangible asset very high. So this is not the right indicator, do refer to its Annual report.

Sept3, the star: Chin first emerged as a substantial shareholder in the company on March 21 with a 8.73% stake he acquired from the open market. He subsequently disposed of 6.8% stake in the company and ceased to be a substantial shareholder.
Following that, he has been building up his stake again since June 28 and his last transaction was a purchase of 11.48 million shares from the open market on Aug 8.

My personal view, Ingens fever is over, now on utopia, today up 1ct.
I don't think the 55cts deal be materialised, it doesn't worth that value.
