Even any SYNDICATE play will be most welcome and has better chance to sustain .... Quite unlike the SYNDICATE play on any other loss making companies which normally fuel mainly by false rumours..

ND087.. I hope my strategy will work. So far the trading vol. recorded for the warrants and mother shares is still healthy with more interest seen on the warrants. However.. It is also frustrating to observe that the share prices of both are being pressed down..... I guess.. Maybe SOMEONE is still not finish collecting the shares esp the warrants... Hence trying to create some fear in the chicken feed investors like myself about holding on to the small portion of the shares.. and in responding to the situation will willingly throw away his/her holdings with some small profit already in the pockets.
For now..... I am still holding my patience not to succumb to the pressure and still positive with my hope to cherish the expected exciting moments to come in the future of this company.

Zoomboom... My take is to seize any opportunities to grab the warrants before it joins the mother to move north based in the company superb performance. I may have to risk some of my mother shares to be in this position but my thought is more on expanding by holding position before the expiry period of the warrants comes near. 5 years to me is a long opportunity period given to share a bigger profit margin with the assumption that the son will follow the mother for any price movement and in this case since I have a lot of confidence with the company the share price is predicted to move up during that period. Of course I am not going to convert all of the mother shares in hold to warrants.. Just some portion of the already tiny portion currently on hold for long term...
Not so sure if this is a good strategy considering the risk premium of about 25 cents associated with it but I am willing to try my luck as I believe the premium will stay more or less the same with the consideration that it is the factor built in the warrant price at the moment for the 5 year grace period given before the warrants become useless without conversion. Who knows what the mother price will be during that 5 years with all the exciting income generated from the overseas projects the company is involved in currently and the possible chance to further expand its business with the excess fund it generated from the recent right issues.

Common market sentiment when new warrant is listed.. Mother goes down while son going up... Supposedly because shareholders are selling mother to collect more warrants by ratio. Most of time this activity will be self corrected come the next trading days onwards..

Don't worry Kukuman.. I am confident the warrant will open well abv that 10 sen if the current mother price stays as it is. Anyway, it the price goes below that.. I will be the first to sell the mother and convert them all to the warrants and has the opportunity to have a bigger portion of the company shares in the future since I am very confident with the performance of the company so far.. Very impressive and worth the thought to keep for long term!!!!

Zoomboom and Tewnama Bro.. i don't think the OR will ever touch RM1.00.. For one thing.. It is impossible since 50sen is the maximum limit it can increase in one trading day for shares below RM1.00.. so max for now is 0.875... however.. the free warrant may have the possibility to achieve the RM1.00 target.... of course with time!!!! which nobody can guess... my confidence is there... So... In short... like I said earlier.. I am holding tight to my shares... and will fight any temptation to sell my holdings... May also try to increase my sharesholding in future once the opportunity arises and with extra backup fund available at my disposal.... I FEEL GOOD!!!!!

Anybody wanna sell the OR now???? I am fighting for my share to the end. Very promising with one more trading day to go... Soon the focus will be on the warrants listing once this is over.. I FEEL GOOD!!!!!

Only the attach free warrants can make the OR offer looks tempting... BUT from the way the ex-right price of mother share is being shot down, things do not look rosy..
I wonder if this is purposely done to discourage the right subscription by small investors... So that the BIG guys can have better opportunity to collect the shares EASILY from exercising the OR and later the warrants attached with it. The small investor cum the possible panic sellers of the OR will miss the opportunity to the BIG GAIN from their holdings after losing confidence with this GEM!!!!!! when observing the current drop in price of the parent shares. For me.. I will not let the OR given to me to be owned by others.. Will try my best to find source of fund to exercise them myself.... Something is not right here.. A company with good performance... But the mother price is being shot low after announcing the opportunity for its shareholders to increase their holding of the shares..... It is a game of patience I think..
