not really QL intend to take over layhong simply because layhong had awaken a giant of their kind,the layhong management are ultra kiasu ppl by stopping ql representative(director) from attending board meeting.total no sense of business ethic.

layhong an old fashion business company run by old fashion and narrow minded boss.lonbisc screwed by layhong not QL .what happen to QL today(voted out from board of directors)were also happen to lonbisc when they are still the major share holder but pissed big off to the management and sell their stake to QL.
