If you got your PA from original subscription (cost 0.05), both conversion method will produce same ROE. If you bought PA (price > 0.05), conversion thru top up 20c generate higher ROE compared to 5 to 1 conversion because your cost will be lower for the top up. Since the PA price now trading above 5c, conversion thru is best bet.
For eg.: scenario

A.) Buy PA @ 7c 100Lot + RM 20k top up = RM 27,000 (Cost) Based on Mother price (0.42), Profit = (100,000 units x 0.42) - 27,000 => RM 15,000.00

B.) If buy RM 27,000 worth of PA @ 7c ( 385,714 Lot PA => 77,142 units mother ) Based on Mother price (0.42), Profit = (77142units x 0.42) - 27,000 => RM 5,399.64

Don't be a fool to convert using 5 to 1 method!!!! Can you see how much it make or break???

Buy value with attractive price further lower the risk. Then sell on the news.
