Actually REIT had good run since this year especially retails reit, yield already less than 6%, some even 4.X %, if u r ok with lower yield.rental revision is coming for few eg pavreit/sunreit in 2013..read-up their report n u need to decide

I think most funds are looking into stocks that are defensive and gives good yield, so that's why all these consumer, reit are moving up ..newly to be launched fund also like these yield counters..( from what i read la), i guess there will still be support for defensive shares..for genting..am puzzled on the drop..

perhaps people is anticipating poor upcoming result. If u have faith in them to deliver in the longer term,any more drop in price is an opportunity
