@7210, foreign investors receive dividends from other companies that they invest in. So what is so special about the RGB dividends that causes problems to foreign investors?

Foreign investors have no problem investing in other stocks. Why should RGB be any different? Institutional investors will buy when there are analysts covering the stock. None here.

Share consolidation serves no purpose. Price will just adjust. With so much cash, better do a share buyback. With a smaller number of shares, the eps will increase and so will the share price.
