At RM1, the cash from the sale of Splash and sprint is worth more than the entire company. The rest of the companies is free. Too bad I'm using my bonus dividend for a holiday trip, else I would pump more for next round bonus dividend. Well, gotta wait for next paycheque then.. Now, KPS making less profit but very positive operating cash flow.

Cash is real, profit can be just accounting numbers.
Plus will have continuous cash for the next few years from the water sale.

Got chance to collect... I'm slowly nibbling while waiting for my dividends end of this month. It's good value now but when will the price reflect it, I'm not sure. Come July another bonus, nice.
