Good replant will give an average yield of 12- 16 mt at 1st year maturity. More if added crop from early harvesting during immature stages. Second year close to 20 mt or more and 3rd year onward 25mt above and above 30mt after that. I guess 24 mt will be fair average for 4-5 years after maturity.

For info. Replanting cost from clearing to maturity 3 yrs is about rm 20k - 25k per ha. With average yield profit/ha normally 6k. Will take 4 years to recover cost after maturity.

The worst is over for FGV. I know Azhar will put things right as I had work with him before. I put my monthly saving on FGV shares.

My suggestion to all under performing GMs take the VSS money and become FGV investor. Sit and wait all the hardworking people make u earn money..

it will not surprise if more than 50% will accept VSS. They cannot work high performing team and might end up with nothing.

Poor manage estate pun they should still be able to get profit of 3k/ha. If 20% immature 80k ha x 7k cost = 560 mil. Profit/Ha RM 3k x 320k mature ha = 960 mil.
960 mil - 560 mil - 250 mil(LLA) = 150 mil from upstream alone.
Get labour, profit/ha increase 1k /ha @320 mil. Good management another 1k/ha.

Fgv has a chance to increase revenue 2mil a day by fixing labour issue. At lease get the yield close to 20mt/ha. An additional 3 mt/ha and more than half bil potential additional rev. Glad to read at least new act. chairman realise this.
