Wong, there are already so many articles and positive news about Vivocom. If new comers can't be convinced, there is nothing more I can do. BTW, I don't promote Vivocom shares but I believe in investing. I just bought at 0.125 and 0.13. So Now I just wait and see.

If CNQC eventually becomes a majority shareholder, Vivocom do not need Macquarie to subscribe for the balance of the 10% private placement shares. CNQC will not settle for 29% of Vivocom shares. CNQC will take up at least 51%. As such, Vivocom can issue the estimated 22% shares at current price ( without 10% disc ) to CNQC.

miniminer Yup, there must be many reasons lead CNQC going for FastTrack acquisition, not just only aim as proxy but an immediate ready platform, footsteps and foundation into greater business opportunities. I am one of believer that their plans are just more than a normal acquisition.
