I think, they could not simply say that ".... is still waiting for the approval..." if they do not applied for the approval yet. It will be misleading information given to the investors and public and the BOD will has a risk of breaching the law.... I think the BOD not dare to take the risks.

Therefore, I concluded that, Kanger has submitted the application for NPRA approval.

TRUE, the NPRA has their justifications to be fulfilled before approving the application.

" Earlier this year, Sinopharm entered into a joint venture with UAE-based G42 to produce the Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines in the country under the Hayat-Vax brand.

The made-in-UAE vaccine was the first Covid-19 vaccine to be produced in the Arab world.

2. CORPORATE MILESTONES OF THE COMPANY IN 2021

 Diversified into new construction business aimed at deriving synergy with the property investment and management segment. MY COMMENTS:

a) These "corporate" statements give us the SIGN that the BOD and the company has tried to do some efforts for the betterment of the company in future.

b) The company are diversifying and also entering business activities in Malaysia, instead of solely relied on the PRC business activities. Some of the progress of diversification can be read below:

 Currently, the Group is working together with a few parties to complete multiple construction projects across a few sites in the state of Selangor and Pahang to the tune of approximately RM1.0 billion. The Group is also in the midst of applying for the Grade 7 contractor license from the Construction Industry Development Board (“CIDB”) and aims to tender for new construction projects to further grow our construction orderbook.

 The Group already completed the purchasing of a 51% stake in building materials supplier, Sung Master Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The acquisition will broaden the Group’s product offerings to also include other building materials such as timber, flooring, tiles, bulk cement, concrete, locksets and sanitary ware. This strategic acquisition is well-aligned to strengthen and complement the Group’s newly established construction business as Kanger will be able to source the building materials directly from Sung Master’s suppliers to better manage the input cost and enhance the profitability of these construction projects.

Some of the positive notes are as follows:

1. NEW ENGINES OF GROWTH FOR BAMBOO AND RELATED PRODUCTS
 In the fourth quarter of 2020, the construction of the company new bamboo concession and processing plant in Jingzhou was completed. Although the plant is still in the early phases of testing and commissioning, the company is looking forward to the positive financial contribution it will bring to the Group once commercial production commences.

a) The company has stated the promising progress has been made in the relocation of the new bamboo and processing plant. The company still keen on the potentials of its bamboo and related products business to be turn around especially after the new processing plant in Jinzhou started to operate.

I JUST WANT TO TAKE SOME POSITIVE NOTES ON THIS BIG PERCENTAGE OF SHAREHOLDING BY SUBSTANTIAL SHARE HOLDERS IN KANGER.

1. All those three substantial shareholders already took up 1,795,552,215 units of shares or 32.32 % of shareholding in Kanger.

2. Even the NOSH has been lifted up to 5,978,812,213, the share spread among retail investors was not getting widen.

3. The big shareholding among a few substantial investors give me more confidence on the company management and prospect.

4. Consider Sii Tung Nai (from Sung Master) as a substantial holder in Kanger. His reputation on managing Sung Master, an unlisted company with good results (as reported). Hope Kanger can get some good direction in managing the company for a better businesses.

For me. The current turbulence in Kanger, hope only caused by the act of promoters/sharks. Hope does not reflect the fundamental and prospects of the company.

For today's transaction, I think its maybe related to the risks and fear among retailers who are willing to dump the warrants at the lowest price. Like no more hope on Kanger. Like no more tomorrow. He He. TAYOR.

Maybe. A little bit confusion. I gave my views on today's scenario concerning the probable reasoning for what has just happened to WB.

In my observation, for the past three days of transaction, started from October 11 and October 12 (based on the trend of dumping and pressing the WB to the lower price and at the same time the mother share was goreng up to test 7 sen).

THE ULTIMATE SELLER could be from those who held a mass quantity of the WB. Its supposed to be the operator/s who had subscribed for the RI. Maybe, they are opted to cash out from WB, and also pushed up the mother share price. It's also a probability arised for the operators to pump the mother share price for dumping activities.

THE ULTIMATE SELLER, no matter who he/she is maybe planed to opted out with good profit from the shares with WB they subscribed in the RI. Imagine, cost @6 sen and the proceed from selling the shares and WB = 6.5 + 1 sen = 7.5 sen. Its approximately 25% gain.

The pressing down process on WB price could spur selling on WB from some retailers who had described the RI. I think, its was the caused of mass selling of WB on October 11 and October 12.

The selling, if we observed on the quantity transacted on 13 and 14 October 2021 has been eased, referring to the smaller volume of transaction.

If this predicted scenarion is true, I think if the mother share price can be sustained at 5 - 5.5 sen, the WB price should not lowered to 0.5 sen for a long period of time. Its no more profitable for other RI subscribers to sell WB @ 0.5 sen and mother share @5 sen or 5.5 sen.


In a positive side, I'm hoping that its not the two major shareholders, which are Mr Kuah and Miss Chai who teamed up to be THE ULTIMATE SELLER of the WB.

Mr Sii Tung Nai should be excluded because he do not hold any WB as he is not involved in the RI subscription.

Please be noted that there are some probabilities for the operators to subscribe the RI shares in bulk because of the RI shares already can be predicted as will be under subscribed based on the share price transacted lower than 6 sen at the end of the EX-DATE of subscription and payment for the RI.
