Yes. Based on the announcement, the company did not mentioned any news that the company has applied for the NPRA's approval, and its stated that at the date of HOA, no EUA has been granted for the Product in Malaysia.

But: Based on the report by Steven Kuah (BOD of kanger) which was quoted by The Edge, Kanger has submitted the application to obtain the approval of the Hayat-vax vaccine from the NPRA.

..............Furthermore, Kanger has also been authorised by G42 Medications to be the product registration holder and distributor of the Hayat-Vax vaccine in Malaysia.

On behalf of G42 Medications, Kanger has submitted the necessary applications to obtain the required approvals from the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) for the Hayat-Vax vaccine to be used in the country.

The product registration holder will be given to Zuellig Pharma Sdn Bhd as there was an MOU for Kanger to collaborate with ZP to facilitate the import, warehousing, and distribution of Covid-19 vaccines in Malaysia.

From my simple analysis regarding Kanger's current FA, the risks for Kanger is still low in terms of going concern factor, solvency and liquidity. The current problem is about profitability, but I think the newly acquired businesses can give more security for the profitability of the company in medium and long term.

Yes I agree. But you also have to look after the current development of certain companies which has an improvement in its financial condition. Not all the company in you your list have the same conditions.

Furthermore, the management of the companies may have different approach in managing their companies. Not all management of the companies like to do consolidation as its also will effect their shareholding in the companies.
