Another 600,000 shares change hand this morning between $6.31 - $6.33 at one go. Clearly that someone is accumulating more and more. Waiting for the right time and next move.

1,902,000 share change hand yesterday. Mostly done at $6.42 in the afternoon in one transaction. More than RM12 millions transfer from one company to another company with an agreed price and volume. Only big timer can do that.
If someone can spend RM12 million buying at $6.42 at one go. Do you think he will sell below $6.50 ? Maybe they will buy even more before pushing up the price.

Sunway REIT increase in profit roll up to Sunway ?

Based on past year trend....after Divident Ex date....price will slowly drop below 0.70 and continue going down.....until mid 2014 IF financial result and divident good, then will rebound again.
I'll buy back again if price drop below 0.65 since I've already sold recently

I am not sure how Tan Sri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah and Serena Cheah feel looking at their share keep on going down.

I hope Tan Sri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah and Serena Cheah can do something to prevent the stock price going down. Very disappointed looking at Sunway share price going down everyday.

b824osg....I fully agreed with you. DKSH will be like DutchLady, Guinness, Carlberg, Nestle and Aeon. Their paid up capital is small and their major share holder is from foreign country.
Sooner or later DKSH share price will be compatible with them...above $10.00. So don't sell and just keep for long term.

GIC Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund sell 3.5% to CMMT.
Someone told me CMMT is under Temasek Singapore. It is like son sell shares to parent at a lower price.
Right hand to left hand.....still Singapore no change.

If u want to score a goal, u need to have a group of people passing the ball. It is the same with stock market. So whether LTAT, ABC or XYZ, we don't know what is their plan and target.
As long as the company is performing well, the paid up capital is small with very little share holders, Then it is very easy the push up the share. Just like DutchLady, Nestle, AEONCR and BAT.
In between there is up and down, but long term should be good.

I think can buy at closing price 2.94....still cheap.

Sunway Bhd saw 60 million of its shares traded off-market at RM2.90 each on Friday.
Stock market data showed the shares accounted for a 3.48% stake, based on the company’s paid-up of 1.723 billion shares.......Done.
Since they have bought 60 million share at off-market at 2.90, that means they will not sell below 2.95 just to break-even.....so the next target should be 3.00......??

Darren......what do u mean "GIC is exposing CMMT as well. A bargain" ? Good or bad

That means they are not selling in open market........ but 3.5% one time at agreed price ?

LTAT disposed 25/09/13 - 195800, Disposed 25/09/13 - 5000, Disposed 27/09/13 - 115400, Disposed 30/0/13 - 144900.
Most of the transactions is done online with same amount in big volume per day to ABC company. Who is that ABC ? and why ?
Later LTAT will buy back again with huge volume from XXX company.... why?
As long as the price keep on going up, who care what they are doing and who is ABC.....??? Win Win

Sunway very slow but steady.
Recently I've found another stock worth study, Allianz and Alliance Financial Group.
Their EPS very good. I will monitor these 2 counters.

If top 30 shareholders can increase there shares from 91.55% to 95%. The remaining 5% minority shareholder have strong holding power, then the share can go very high.

Teck Liam........Wait for total 2013 result in Q1 next year, you will find that the total earning / profit increase more than one hundred % due to gain on disposal of land and increase in revenue & profit. EPS will be almost RM2.00.
By that time, hopefully the share price will touch record high.
DKSH winning team is going for long term investment. There is no plan in selling the share.
Less DKSH shareholders the team will become even stronger.
