im just wondering that, no doubt so, but the made the announcement that they would like to do a PP but prior to AGM approval,

during this period before the AGM , the share price could easily be at least like 0.20 ?? because its like months in between,

but seems like the price cant go up because there is always a blockage at a certain price, keep filling up endlessly, like bottomless..hahaha

i have been monitoring this counter like months, but I'm just very curious, seems like there is a hidden hand trying to control the price from going up.
