该公司表示，其新加坡子公司出价2993万欧元（约1亿3784万令吉），收购德国Schokinag控股公司100％股权，把业务扩大至欧洲市场。欧洲是全球最大巧克力市场。
Schokinag控股是一家拥有90历史的工业用途巧克力生产公司。
