Why Hibiscs can complete the NS deal:

-Hibiscs have to comply with Petronas. No negotiations like deals between companies that may end with non-completion

-Shell wanted to sell their businesses in Malaysia.

- Raised pp for working capital esp for Hibiscs first HSSE duty as NS operator

- Dr Kenneth put high issue prices for pp and warrant, showed that he is working hard on & confident with the acquisition

Totally agree. As far as I remember, they sell the oil after collecting a big amount of barrels. If the buyer have term, like 30days or other duration, maybe Hibiscus sold it ngam ngam on December or at the end of November, means they sold oil (75mil in q2) but still didn't get cash (76mil) because of buyer's xx days term.

When can we buy/sell thenew warrant?
