Current PE is ~13.5x & DY is ~4.8%. If price drop to 11, PE may become 10.5 & DY 16%, assuming the same dividend payout and no improvement of earning. Should sell now?

PE 13.5x is current based on ttm. How is the so-called historical average PE of 15x derived? What is your view on beer industry?
