As a consumer, I will never fly with AAX long distance.
1st Case - End of December 2018, they delayed our flights from KL to Osaka, we paid more to fly in the morning to arrive mid afternoon. They changed our flights to fly mid afternoon and we arrived late at night.

2nd Case was towards end Oct 2018 they had a promo to fly to Auckland, I bought the tickets and made some internal travel arrangements to fly from Auckland to Christchurch. Two weeks after I bought the tickets, they cancelled the flight and the whole route, refunded my air tickets after 30 days and didn't want to refund my other travel arrangements. All my cases with customer service were closed without any contact with me. Tune Protect said it wasn't in their coverage policy.
I'm at loss for my Auckland to Christchurch air tickets as I relied on them to honour their services during the promotion period or at least give me a replacement ticket to fly to Auckland if there were any such incident. But none of that happened.

Do you want to invest in this kinda company who treat their customers like that? Think twice. A company that throws bad faith promotions and later cancel on their promises?
