I do believe the glove counter will able to profit in the long-term, but do you have enough money to keep average down? if no avg down, when the price really get back to the high level, you only able to sell with little profit. What if the time frame to get back to high level need more than a years? You will just lose the opportunity to earn from other places and just holding the high bungalow shares.
