The esos kill the stock momentum. Investors don't believe the oil and gas can finish, so its not oil and gas valuation stock. Now the esos diluting other shareholders, if any shareholder exercise now, it will turn bearish. Bad move.

Losing steam. As long this counter is NOT finishing any oil and gas deal, it's worthless. Until it happens then only jump in also not too late.
