Hi mbs current LA of 0.40 is still a discount of 3 cents compared to the mother share of 1.33 which is irrelevant as nothing to attract shareholders to convert LA to its mother share.As said in previous comment the art of leverage, the higher the projection upside price for the mother share given its latest yearly eps, LA pricing will up in tandem and even more. Example 1 Atta share of 1.33 equals to approximate 3.3 Atta LA of 0.40. If Atta up to 1.43 and Atta LA is up by 5 cents to 0.45, conclusion LA can deliver higher returns.Cheers
