Does an oversubscription of rights by 25% mean there is large number of investors wanting to invest and get rewarded in the long term? I am in for long term.
@wan - if you are of the view that PWI is of poor value as you categorised it as Toxxet paper, why you bother to post the same statement over and over again. You are big CON trader.

@ OGInvestor - It is interesting to see that you have contrary views on how the management of Dialog should be managing the biz. Why don't you buy up a substantial stake and apply to be an executive director and we shall see how good you can assist the current management in executing biz strategy that do not waste money and yet can increase the share value of Dialog. Go for it bro. and take the challenge. Don't just stay in this forum and display how good you are. I am sure your are better than that. You should be out there doing the right thing for yourself and all of us who have invested in Dialog.

@OGInvestor - you have got the fact absolutely correct this time i.e. it is NORMAL that no customer (for Phase 3) until reclamation work is completed. As it is normal to be in such situation, why the hahahahah......? In my view, Dialog has already factored this risk when they embark on Phase 3 and they would have been prepared for Zero Cash Inflow during reclamation period just like how they successfully completed the earlier phases at Pengerang. You like to put this company in a bad light by using words like BLEEDING. I don't believe that Dialog cash flow is in negative position. You are trying to scare small investors, right? Anyway, I am not short term trader but thank you for the reminder.

@OGInvestor - please read what Maybank IB Research has written on Dialog Group Berhad and see whether it make any sense. It is an upgrade to buy with TP RM3.58.

wan not only posted shiok sendiri comments. Just ignore it. wan has been posting the same thing over and over again with a hope that it will create fear and he can take advantage of the situation. wan is typical day trader hoping to earn from the small investors. I hope he will fail every time he try his luck with all the shares that he set his eyes on. God bless all of us who are holding 7123 for what we believe is its intrinsic value. Happy investing.

@OG Investor1. It shows that you have not been reading all the announcements made to Bursa Malaysia by the company neither have you been reading their annual reports. All the information I stated above are obtained from public domain and available to all investors. It is clear that you are trying to take advantage on the situation by releasing your unfounded news so that small investors will panic and sell. This is the kind of day trading investors that we all see in this forum. I hope you don't do this anymore and try to be value investor.

@OG Investor1. Hi bro. How is has D spent on reclaim works? What about the other businesses that D has in the group? As far I know, D has trading business within O&G sector which included EPCC, Trading of specialty chemicals, specialist services for O&G maintenance, tank farm business located at Kerteh (concession 25 years), Tanjung Langsat, Johor where the out take has been secured with long term lease with Trafigura Group (3rd largest oil trader in the world), Pengerang Tank Farm (Phase 1 & 2) which is JV with the Royal Vopak Group (largest tank farm operator in the world) and they also secured long term term lease of the tank farm facilities. They also have overseas businesses at Middle East, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore which is also profitable but contribution is not as much as Malaysia operations. Your view that Pengerang Phase 3 money out but no money in is correct but I am can only be convinced if you are able to tell me how much Phase 3 has been spent and the source of your information. I still think that the other business units mentioned above is adequate to support D group and their business model is sustainable. By the tone of your explanation, it appears to me that you have insider information. You must be working in D Group Berhad. Perhaps, I should ask D's senior management to look for their employee who is so knowledgeable in running O&G business but remain silent in voicing out to save D from continuing bleeding.

Hi Wan, can you just stop posting the same comments over and over again? If you have got no other comments to post just leave everything status quo. You have said enough in sending warning to all of us in this forum. Thank you for your concern over the well being of all retail investors so that we don't get caught in PWI. I do hope you don't miss out when the price of PWI moves up.

Dear Wan,

You are re-posting your earlier comment like a broken tape recorder. If you do not have any credible facts and views, can you stop posting the same -ve statement? Don't tell me you are trying to cause retail investor like myself to do a panic selling of OR or the mother share so that you can buy at low price when you know that Priceworth's market price has the potential to grow in the next few quarters. What kind of investor are you? This forum is for us to share news and views that is backed up by reasonable facts and analysis so that it can benefit retail investors and assist them in making informed investment decision. If your participation in this forum is to take advantage on retail investors, may I suggest you make your money from the big time shark and institutional investors. Thank you for your time and God bless all righteous Retail investor who are out here to learn and make sound investments that increase our personal wealth to achieve financial independence.

Hi pelaburuntung, I am converting my OR. RM0.10 investment I get 3 shares with market value of RM0.24 and paper gain of RM0.14 plus future capital gain. Latest 3Q results recorded improvement and demand for timber has increased. FMU5 still have 88K+ hectares to be logged and replanted over concession period of 80 years. Downside risk is remote.

Hi 123invest, if you have 10,000 you will be offered 20,000 rights shares at $0.05 per share and you will be given 10,000 bonus shares. All you need to do is subscribe your rights entitlement and invest $1,000 (20,000 X $0.05) and you will end up having 40,000 shares [10,000 (existing) + 20,000 (rights issue) + 10,000 (bonus shares)]. It will be a waste if you don't take up the rights (comes with 10,000 bonus shares FOC) as your additional investment of $1,000 = 30,000 shares. Hence, the cost of the 30,000 shares is $0.033. Based on today's closing price of $0.09 you have a paper gain of $0.056 per share.

Dear OG_Investor1, why do you change your mind in such a short time and urged other investors in this forum to BUY i/o SELL?

I believe this forum is to share our views on certain stocks with the intention to assist Retail investors like myself to make informed decision and make money.

I hope that you don't post things with the hope to capitalize the emotional weakness of some retail investors and profit out the situation at the expense of these people. Everyone of us are learning how to invest intelligently so that we can secure financial independence.

I know that investment in equity market is a zero sum game and let the retail investors with limited capital make money and increase our personal wealth thru value investing and make informed investment decision.

We hope to make our money from the big time investors instead of loosing out to these huge funds every time we are not able to control our fear after hearing some unverified news.

Let the retail investors make as much money and achieve financial independence so that we can move out of the middle income trap that is confronting many of us in this country. Should we lost our active income stream but we have accumulated substantial wealth in our investment in equities we will still be able to live on and not suffer the exploitation by the rich people. If there are many of us achieved financial independence, Malaysia will be on the way to become high income nation and perhaps 1 day can become like Norway.

Thank you for your time and may God bless all of us.

dump dem shares; price going dowwwwwwwwwwwnwnnnnnnnnnn

Dear OG Investor1, please share what are the bad news and why you think Dialog share price cannot sustain. I think investing in Dialog with a long term view is a better option. This is due to its business model that has significant recurring income from Tank Farm business at Kerteh which is being reviewed with further extension as the Petronas Pertroleum Complex will be upgraded to handle higher grade products and that is the only tank farm facility available. Tanjung Langsat Tank Farm is now substantially owned by Dialog after they purchase the MISC and Puma Asia (Trafigura Group) stakes. Off take has been secured . Pengerang Tank Farm Phase 1 & 2 are in operation and off take secured on long term basis notwithstanding Petronas RAPID will only be in operation in 2019 for which Pengerang Phase 3 is currently at development stage getting ready to support RAPID.
