No news of Kasi selling shares anymore right ? Finger cross !!

Surely MK Land will shoot up to 80 cents soon !!

iafx, as I said, Kasi does not give a damn whether dumping few millions shares will benefit him financially or not (few millions to them are just loose change as they easily worth billion) What he wants might just to make sure the price won't go up, ... If the price can t go up, the major shareholder ie Mustapha might suffer ! He can pledge shares for money, can't do private placement, warrant, loan stock....meaning he can get liquid cash to generate projects etc. That's why they have to sell land piece by piece to get cash ! Rich man might just do that to get SIOK, money to them does not matter. Just my 2 cent opinion

Anbz, I think there is human error, gave the wrong figure. I have a feeling short term wise, the price is no good, under pressure from Kasi's dumping. Unless he and Mustapha Kamal can settle their differences and not to "lose-lose" , if they lose-lose, we also 'lose lose' !!

Didn't you notice every time the price touched 33-34 cents, this Kasi will dump.... I think on purpose to whack down the price !! Maybe he wanted to send a message to Mustapha Kamal, you force me to resign, now I want to press down your MK Land price, less play lose-lose..... Do not analyze that major shareholder do this to make money, they do not fucking care ! As to those filthy rich bastards, few millions are just sub sub water, they might just want to burn multi millions just for the fun of getting even with old enemy !! Those suffer one is our minority shareholders !! :(

Anbz, please write an open letter to MK Land CEO and suggesting to him just concentrating on selling their land piece by piece, they will definitely do well already !! Anbz, I trust your judgement here, please always keep us posted of the development thank you !!

Now I just hope that they keep selling their prime lands piece by piece and eventually they will get fat cash to pay back shareholders !! If they are not good in property development, then just do the no-brain job of SELLING Their precious lands !!!!!!!

Sound like this KASI wants to whack down the price on purpose ? Can t get along with Mustapha kamal ? As I understand MK forced him to step down as CEO few years back when he screwed up all the company business and MK loss close to 50 millions at one time and default in bond repayment !!

Edwin5577, this counter is fundamental + speculation ! As it is backed up by rich assets and MK surely will do sth to let the price shoot up !! Not surprising recently so many publicity ....

Today top ten volume list, looks like some body has accumulated the 'bullets' ? Hopefully goreng goreng coming soon !!
