Answer: You are right they sure can cabut just like that and there will be vacancy for all the top position previously fill by those chinese owner. You go there and apply for those job and manage the company for the chinese owner as they are still holding 51% share.

They can sell their 51% share holding thru open market or find a potential buyer who want to take over the company. No potential buyer then just sell thru open market and will trigger limit down the share to all the way to 20 sen. kyy will happenly sapu cheaply and become new owner of HY.

Chinese owner cabut back to China with huge losses. Thus gone with the wind with their investment.

I did not sell my HY and buy huaan I only use that as an example. I still holding on my HY. What I want to say is sometime you might spot better share so you sell early. Is nothing wrong to sell early. I did not spot any other share so I continue to hold HY.

It is wrong to sell too early? My answer is no. If you sell HY on 8 Dec that's around 11 and if you move all the proceeds to huaan on the same day you can buy below 23 sen. The results? Huaan give you more than 100 % return at 50 sen while HY give you less than 100 % even if you sell at 19.
