The company cant even make gross profit. This is very serious lapse. Cost of sales is one account that can be easily manipulated. Issue warrants in a big way but no buyers. Can't get any worse than this.

KNM is in PN17, how disgusting but all of the sudden the Board has fallen in love with KNM ! I feel sorry for the many creditors they destroyed. For once put yourself into the shoes of the creditors.

When we want to assess whether a person is intelligent or capable, we'll look at his/her track records. For KNM we need not go far, it speaks for itself ie. poor minority shareholders have lost all their monies and now the BOD are trying to act as though they are the best thing that happened to KNM. KNM loves rights issues. Any PLC that asks for money after the initial listing, is not worth its salt. Despite poor minority shareholders putting in their money via rights issue, KNM is still very, very sickly. However, all of a sudden, KNM Directors are pulling up their socks and want to make it a misfortune 500 company ! There is not going to be any miracles. KNM will continue to bleed. Ravi Balasingham was the CEO of the disastrous MMM Bhd, a company that got delisted due to mismanagement. Then he joined Eversendai Bhd. I am surprised he saw value in this AK Nathan's company. Even a fool will not touch AK Nathan's company with a 10 foot pole. Let's help in whichever manner to save KNM. Please vote in favour of the resolutions at the forthcoming EGM. Thank you !

It is all to do with Dato Yeo and Dato Ngu. These two directors must be removed.

Dear Tawin Shareholders, Can we all get all our resources together, contact all our fellow shareholders and call for EGM to remove Dato Yeo and Dato Ngu. They have been proven to be useless in all three companies ie. Tawin, Asiapoly and Dolphin. Once we remove them, the company will immediate start to announce profits. You get my drift?

I was very sure that ECOVIS will resign. They avoided all my questions during the online AGM last year. I have reported ECOVIS to AOB. Some PLC owners grow their companies and the stock price, some will kill the stock price and manipulate the cost of sales. It is a pity that the 2 major directors of Tawin got no qualms in reporting highly questionable losses quarter after quarter.

Just cant believe this !!! Dnex received Siltera almost like a free gift but Dnex has become a pariah penny stock. The CFO and CEO didn't even know how to comply with simple Danaharta's condition set on purchase of siltera???? It is very sad that almost every bumi company in the KLSE is rotting.

It's the background of Yeo and Ngu that's worrying. Asiapoly, tawin and dolphin...... all got the same characteristics ie. big sales, big plans, cash at bank reducing every quarter. Embezzlement CANNOT BE RULED OUT AT ALL !!! COST OF SALES IS WHERE THE GHOST HIDES !

Tawin has been making losses after losses, half a billion turnover but losses and losses every quarter. Two rights issues, bank balance reducing but bank loan not reducing. We got to be very careful of Yeo and Ngu, both are highly suspicious figures. The cost of sales of the company is where ghost is. The external auditor of the company must be removed.

Ta Win is KLSE worst stock. As long as Ngu is associated with the Company, it will be disaster.

Dato Ngu needless to say. I am very surprised this KLSE allows such a person with bad record to again head a listed company ! He was jailed for causing the downfall of a listed entity many years ago.

The Board consists of highly suspicious characters. Look at Asiapoly and Dolphin controlled by the same pariahs. This is a very risky counter. I am of the very strong opinion that they are manipulating Ta Win's cost of sales.

The real problem is that Dnex is run by a bunch of highly incompetent people especially the CFO. A simple condition set by MOF that minimum 55% must be owned by Malaysians could not be carried out by these people. I am sure they are weak in maths.

Any company which sheds more than 50% value in a couple of months, usually turn out to be pariah stock like BSLCorp, dataprep, yong tahi, etc etc. I don't see why tawin loss so much unless foul play involved. They got POSCO orders, most big car maker wire supplies, yet loss and loss. Definitely Rapco Lau characters inside. If Tawin does not recover, I know how to get the authorities to check on them.

One of the companies Dato Ngu killed was PICA. I think he was jailed for one day only instead of life imprisonment. These guys are worse off that Datuk Najib because they wear sheep clothing when it is wolf inside, perfect white collar crime.

I am very worried of Dato Ngu ! Being responsible for collapse of 3 public listed companies in the past, he should get out of Tawin. I think his dirty tricks will continue. Looking at the very low net profit margin of Tawin, he is surely siphoning out money.

Najib's sister's appointment as a member on the Board of Directors of Dnex is very disturbing !

Can you name me one Company which thrived with politically connected persons being appointed on the Board?

It is unfortunate and very risky now that Najib's sister has been appointed on the Board of Dnex. From now on, be prepared to see Dnex behaving like FGV, Tabung Haji etc.

Dnex is not yet ready to enter the RM1 league. It is still not making good operating profits. What I worry is the integrity of the Board of Directors. Never know if another FGV scandal is in the making. Every bumiputra company is bleeding.

FGV holds the guinness book of world records as the worst managed plantation stock in the world. Look at Wilmar Plantations of Singapore. The government should be ashamed of themselves for the manner in which they have screwed up the innocent shareholders of FGV. FGV is a total failure and a pariah company.

BSLcorp is a technology stock, it cannot be allowed to collapse. Sometimes the FM (fund manager) needs to temporarily 'kill' the stock but it will come back unless it is total pariah stock like SerbaDinamik group, pdz, pasukgb, HSIs, etc etc. Dont worry about BSL.
