Well said ks55 and newbie9893...Glomac already risen high recently...Mkland is the last listed Bumiputera owned developer that is still a laggard amidst continuous property recovery...I m totally optimistic of Northern Perak since it borders Kedah and Penang as that is where all the major industrial zones situated that could create a spillover effects to Lembah Beriah in times to come when more new industrial parks are proposed in Northern Perak... Seem like breaking out anytime soon...veryy strong buying support to hit 0.40 soon...At 0.365 it is still undervalued!

0.80 is next soon as most developers has gone up high in their share prices...LBS has been a laggard, and management and owner have done a very good job by acquiring stocks to boost share price in the future...this is a 1.00 share moving forward when property recovery is gaining strength...

They need to focus more on commercial high end development besides only doing low end affordable housing...they need to create values for Shareholders too...

After all this grievances I still believe the Best is coming to Mkland as I believe they are charting up robust growth plans to propel the company forward so all of us should give them time to plan things out for the betterment of all of MK shareholders...

They must start launching high end residential Condo n service apartment in Damansara Perdana aggressively to generate GDV of at least 1 billion and above...this is my suggestion!!! It is very hard to propel the company forward if its total GDV launching yearly is below 300 mil...

They must start to launch industrial properties fast that can generate higher profit margin and waste no more time...in this property recovery where most developers are planning to go big with GDV reaching billion, Mkland must also take this opportunity to sell aggressively with launching of at least 1 to 1.5 billion GDV...or else its EPS will forever stuck at 1.0 sen per share yearly...Its LSS4 Solar division contributes veryy little to its total revenues...They must maximise their existing landbank to launch big projects...So far they haven't come out with massive project launching above 1 billion GDV n that is disappointing given the fact they are holding up to 4800 acres of land...time is crucial as we don't want to end up with Mkland that is forever trading below 0.25 Sen...We want Mkland to return to its former Glory!!!

MKland's total landbank is 4800 acres while 3000 acres is situated in Lembah beriah, Kerian where potential for industrial property development is planned...Perak theme play is a major catalyst to chart new chapter growth for Mkland...

Talamt how to fight with Mkland...its NTA is only 6 Sen per share while MK's NTA is 1.03...that is a massive Net asset difference...
