serbadk case, kpmg only resigned after serbadk sued them, they refused to resign earlier.

Scib case, kpmg resigned because engagement between bod and auditor whether they can continue to work for them because of major director same as serba, they didnt raise any issues to ined before they resigned, but its leave them so less time to find a new auditor, therefore extension is fully expected.

Jenny, 刚开始确实就是靠OHP那边的合约颁给了Kpower。ohp其实很早就有了，只是2018年左右才改名。左手右手这种给合约这种操作在我国你知我知啦。
而且你要知道刚开始这个公司的灵魂人物是Karim, 而为什么karim可以拿到那么多合约，你自己查他的背景就知道。mustakim并不差，如果你见过他真人，他确实是一个蛮有生意头脑的人（也是ib来的）。虽然最近拿到的合约只是lss4 (这个你不能说不是tender来的），但目前他手上的合约应该只能支撑两个财报（如果要保持小成长）。
现在karim开路给mustakim了，要看mustakim能不能在接下来的几个业绩里面靠自己再得到合约。（明天预算案就会知道他们公司过后的发展方向会不会有机会）
当然讲谁都会讲，很多上市公司老板也是讲到结果做的时候就半桶水，包括几个著名上市公司的老板，这点是很常见的，要就看他们有没有努力去拿，所以还是接下来几个业绩很重要。

现在的market sentiment对kpower不利也是因karim。
能不能翻身，除了看serbadk的消息，也要看mustakim会不会去争取了。我只能讲，多几个业绩才能去看公司有没有进步的空间。

Basically the fall of kpower today shall included force selling by ib and followed by panic sell. With retailers consisted of quite large percentage of shareholdings, can assume many retailers decided to cut loss yesterday and tomorrow (if you look at social media/forum that many claimed they had cut loss) because of market sentiment.
And mainly because of karim. He cant do anything.
The panic sell might only stop after serbadk SIR report.

Panic selling will stop at one point. Now is not the time to risk yourself. Stay away better.

Calvintan, you should ignore users like leno/newtrader because they dont seems to understand english, or any sentences that written in media/report and so on. Perhaps they lose tons of money in these related counters.

Oskchoon, technically only Serbadk has audit problem, Scib problem is they cant submit their annual report on time because late appointment of auditor. But market sentiment made it bad so Kpower is the victim, imagine if the major shareholder own share like genetec, airasia or dnex, all these will be blood bath as well. Thats market sentiment!

Grand deal vision shareholdings consist of two person name, which is mustakim and sarah.
So the joint shareholding of mustakim and sarah under grand deal vision, DBT shares to mustakim under his own name.

Yu and mee, the situation now is kpower has their audited account ready. But market will still see this as karims counter, fundamental wise it is still okay, their pp money mainly aim for upcoming lss4 projects (project is genuine of course). Still considered healthy for now as they have 50m in FD.
Question is, market sentiment is so bad toward karim, if he hold genetec i think genetec also will blood bath.
If a businessman with good management skill take over, it will probably create good sentiment for market.

Unlikely EY will stop verify as they also report to SC/Bursa. SC involved since June.
Nothing serbadk can do to change the outcome.
