Reversal of impairment is a good sign that the Company is on track to recover. The worst is most likely over. Also share price is normally running 6 month ahead. I think the best strategy is buy and hold unless speculate.

I don't buy Subur, but what I know is most of the Company's borrowing are revolving credit, banker acceptance (around 90%) which can be rolled over the year. Unless the bank request to pay back the money immediately, I don' think any right issue or private placement in short term. Another way is they can restructure their short term debts to long term debts like Jaya Tiasa last year.

Gold price will not affect tomei profit. Just look at Jan to March gold price. It drop all the way from Jan to end of March, yet it announce record profit in May.

Other than higher selling price, glove counters have other good news like lower interest rate on borrowing and lower electricity charges will also enhance profit of the Company.

Other potential benefits like lower gas price for industrial by at least 10%. World wide natural gas has reduce significantly. I believe government will revise downwards in short term.

At least got growth and increase in profit. Now in KLSE ,at least 95% show reducing profit or huge losses or facing cash flow problems but Scommet expect next quarter will be better.

No much company has such strong growth other than glove counters now. Hopefully will grow futher in next 2 years..
