Yes, I agree that they have different business model and ARBB is definitely in a better position than Serba because ARBB has not much debt. Serba will bankrupt if their receivables are fishy, ARBB might not.

I disagree that their receivables are short lived. Their receivables set up to be long lived because of ARBB's business model. We cannot view ARBB as normal business that collect cash from clients when their client's cashflow become better, because of the nature of their business model.

They can only collect cash when their client grow until they achieve the target, I doubt that will happen in the next few quarter. SME business can only grow after they recover, and the next few quarters are recovery time.

What we should monitor is actually whether their software/technology is actually that great, and the performance of their clients business. But their management never share any details about their business operation & client business before.

Anyone attending the AGM, kindly help to ask these question to benefit everyone here. Thanks.

1. What are the receivables in Non Current Assets made up of? There are a total of RM120 million receivables, is there any risk of not being able to collect back?

2. When are C&M Energy starting operation? Previously the chairman mentioned that the solar business will generate RM5-11 million cashflow, is that still relevant today?

3. The top 4 customers made up majority of the company revenue? Who are them and which segment are they from?

if you look closely at the shareholders list, more than 30% of the share is hold by Hamdan, and Johor holding around 20%. Using the company cash to do sharebuyback is not really a good move, cause the share price is rather fair instead of undervalued right now. The company should have save cash for future capital growth or to pay back loan, since they already have enough treasury share to distribute for share dividend.

from what i heard from yamaha dealers, the factories are facing production hiccups because of parts supply issues and social distancing in factory resulting in much lower production at least until this year end. this caused the market to have very limited yamaha motors, making the demand for yamaha motors very high because of limited supply
