MSWG questioned Xidelang Holdings Ltd with regard to the company’s dividend policy to distribute up to 20% of its net profit as dividend payment to shareholders.

What's the point of showing good nos. whereas promised of sharing of 20% profit as dividend to shareholders not practice at all? What happen to our share value which was reduced from 0.04 to 0.01, why wasn't it returns back to shareholders and what's the company buy back and price of share continue to slide even with mask, ppe venture?

How Megan88 know so much? By the time you know it, it's already delisted without Audited Financial Report by KLSE. Right now, it looks like they are scrambling to get out, you can see the big fish quequing up to get out even with the buy back approved during AGM.

That's why the share price won't go up whereas buy back already approved by the company. The bulk of share can't be from minority shareholders. Practically, a lot of sellers appeared everyday to stop the price from going up. Maybe the company buy back is meant to collect the price at lower price from weak holders if they built a wall with lots of sellers.

The NTA is inflated as SC noted irregularities in their Financial Reports and action taken against the Audit firm. As such, the company will be pushing down the price to privatise or buy back at a lower price after delisted.

What if there are no Audited report out by then, It will be delisted!
