I never liked company that need to pay dividend with private placement and right issue. Especially, when they are reporting hundreds of million in profit, but never got the money to pay them from operation.

It makes no sense profitable business with such a bad cash flow. Something is not right.

I'm not exactly a naysayer here, I'm holding abit of C17 at 2sen. and WA 9sen. Volatile counter, better trade warrants. Better margin on each trade. If it goes limit up, C17 will hv give me 100% return.

Only if story of Pak Karim and Pak Arab is proven a myth. Until then, it's a 50-50. Still a period of time between 60sen to RM1.60. I don't mind buying at RM1 only if EY can verify any of the numbers below are real.

Else, the way down is whole lot faster than the way up. U know how market works.

Mabel All acquisition and investment are within 2.5x net EBITDA and the Board have frequent communication with lender to better finance on Serba business. Just to let u know this is not a bad quarter or temporary sentiment. Say u hold from RM1.50, then average down at 50sen. Average price becomes RM1.

EY say nothing wrong. Maybe it goes back to RM1.50. But if EY unearth a bunch of skeleton. It goes to 10sen. So, size ur risk and reward properly.

Now, a good thing to discuss here is how to see beyond the curve.

Scenario 1) KPMG doubts is valid. Now SD IPO 2017, good question is how much of revenue between 2017 - 2020 revenue are legit. E.g. Pak Arab did have a budget of RM1B project to SD. So, there is and actual RM 4B from Pak Arab. Just Karim blow that RM 4B into a bubble of 16B via Pak Karim related company for Private Place and Rights Issue.

Scenerio 2) KPMG withdraw their doubts. The way I see it, they won't. The most also, SD manage to get independent reviewer to sign off Pak Karim related company as legit. Technically, KPMG can only raise doubts. But it's not a fraud as long there is no evidence that SD / Pak Karim used the money from PP and RI to pay vendor, vendor to pay Pak Karim's related company and pay back SD. But sure as hell, the doubt lingers. Bcos, both customer and vendor/supplier ARE Pak Karim related company. I think by now, the vendors/supplier also change their phone number and address.

Given what's said and done, if SD can will tank below 40sen. I will collect. The asymmetric risk reward is just too good to ignore if there is actually a 4B coming SD way trading at 1.5B market cap. Opportunity in market isn't about what's going on. It's about what's going to happen.

If Karim don't hv a bin in this name, he would be crucified beside Jesus soon. Now, he has a bin, likely to be bailed out by tax payer like how Tabung Haji got bailed out by LGE. Premium of RM 8B or 11B. What's a RM 1B bail out la? Think about it, if SD tank to RM1.5B market cap and rebound back to RM4B market cap with RM1B bail out. That's a RM 2.5B market cap increase and 31 Sarawak MP. That's a pretty attractive I would say.

Now, the question is how to post date those documents. =D

I think Bauto is finally listen not to report good Q on thursday or friday....

But shitty part is, Ismail sabri just announce extension of MCO....=D

Since, u r pretty good with that move. Should consider warrant. But not serba anymore...see who else going to limit down in future. =D

Mother shares is limited by bursa rules. Warrants don't. They to have wider gap in % gain if u catch at the right time with the right premium...e.g C17 and WA on the Monday after suspension...

They both went down to 1.5sen and 5sen respectively. Great opportunity to make money.

rr88 RJ87. My trade was the 2nd trigger pulled at 0.605 for 2.2 cents loss a piece. I am a gentleman. Loss n failed trade i say it as it is. Just that you were blind and black hearted could not connect the dot between my sale update against market action n my cut loss point that i mentioned earlier.

As i said i lost this battle but won the war bcause i made over 20 cents a piece earlier at 0.795 - 0.98 range.

As i said as well this is no longer my war. Im out of here! Learn from my moves here n prosper from them !
